Elaborated from quality products carefully selected and rewarded by numerous titles and labels (Logis hotel : Cosy hotel and Savoureux Restaurant, Bib gourmand Michelin, Gilles Pudlowski value for money, Coup de coeur Périco Légasse, ...), the cooking is refined, inventive, classical and regional. It is available in a wide range of menus. Known since 1924 for the live trout caught to order in the fish pond installed at the foot of the hotel – as well as for its game, the hotel attracts fans of excellent venison in early autumn. To accompany all these delicacies, our sommeliers Thomas Zinck and Thierry Leichtnam will advise you among the large selection of more than 300 wines. In the kitchen Michel Zinck is a former student of Georges Blanc and Jacques Lameloise. He has been in charge since 1999, succeeding his father Charles and his grandfather Guillaume who created the establishment in 1924. The reputation of his cooking needs no longer to be made and goes well beyond our borders. Guests come here from Germany, Belgium, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, America ... and among his loyal customers and not the least, the late Chancellor Helmut Kohl, who was a regular at the house since his high school years
